Emblem requirements
Drivers are required to display the EZCruzing emblem while in driver mode. The EZCruzing emblem is EZCruzing’s official trade dress. It helps passengers and law enforcement identify your vehicle.
The EZCruzing emblem should be displayed in the lower corner of your windshield on the passenger side every time you enter driver mode.
If you’ve just been approved to drive, you should receive your EZCruzing emblem shortly. If you didn’t get one or need a new one, order one in your Dashboard.
Florida driver regulations
Be sure to follow these rules when giving rides in Florida, and keep an eye on your email for important updates from EZCruzing.
Hourly driver mode limits
In Florida EZCruzing’s standard time limit for driver mode applies.
Taking breaks and time limits in driver mode
We want you to be as rested as possible out on the road. Feel free to exit driver mode and take a break anytime you’d like.
Time limits
To keep the EZCruzing community safe, you must take a full, uninterrupted 6-hour break for every 12 hours you’re in driver mode. These 12 hours in driver mode do not have to be consecutive.
Once you have been in driver mode for 12 hours, our system will prevent you from going online until you have taken this mandatory 6-hour break.
In addition to EZCruzing’s standard driver mode limit, certain regions have local regulations that determine how long a driver can stay in driver mode and how long their break must be. If you exceed the driver mode limit for your specific region, our system will prevent you from going online until you have taken the break required for your region.
